SHIPPING

HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

Funtico partners with global merchants in order to provide you the best prices and the most interesting products. This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as Europe, Thailand, China, India, etc. via our partnerships with postal services.

Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 3-5 weeks to arrive.
Also, as our stock is spread out over multiple fulfillment centers, orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive one item before the next one - so no need to worry if you don't receive them all at once. Please do not panic if your order does not show up immediately or you received only part of it, it's on its way:) We provide tracking numbers for all your parcels when it's possible.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Shipping time varies from one country to another. It usually takes 2 to 5 weeks for shipping to most destinations. Note that shipping time will ultimately depend on your exact location.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You'll receive the tracking code by e-mail along with tracking link. Please note that the tracking information may be delayed for 2-4 days.

We offer safe shopping and accept payment via Paypal.

CANCELLATIONS

If you want to edit or cancel your order, please contact us at info@funtico.net. We’ll be able to edit that for you as long as the order isn't already in process.

 

AFTER PURCHASING

THE ITEM ARRIVED BROKEN/DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE.

We want to see you happy.

If the item arrives broken, defective or damaged, we will refund you.

You may be asked to provide proof that the item is either broken or damaged, after what our team will review the refund request. If we approve it, then the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Note: We reserve the right, at our discretion, to reject any refund request we believe is not legitimate.

THE ITEM IS NOT AS DESCRIBED (WRONG COLOR, WRONG SIZE).

If the item is not as described, we will refund you. And you can keep the item, as a token of apology for the mistake we made sending you the wrong color or wrong size.

Note: If we sent you the right product you ordered but you want to exchange it for whatever reason, you can always return the item and place a new order.

You may be asked to provide proof that the item received is not as described, after what our team will review the refund request. If we approve it, then the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

RETURNS

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT?

All items are returnable. To start a return, contact us at info@funtico.net and describe the reason for return. We will provide you with the closest address of our shipping partners to send your return to.

Reasons For Product Return: - Item is damaged - Received the wrong item - Changed mind - Not what I expected.

At the moment, we do not offer free returns. You would need to pay for the cost of shipping back the item.
